JB1 JACKET BOARD NUMBER 1 Unit Availability: 8’3” units with trimbacks developing  available in 4/4, 5/4, & 8/4. 4/4 12’ available.  JB1 is a narrow Cabinet grade well suited for use in door frame and panel production, cabinetry and, furniture, maximizing clear two face cuttings. JB1 produces middle to long clear 2 face 24 to 60 inch (60.96 to 152.40 cm) cuttings that are available for panels, case good fronts and tops and, cabinets requiring one clear exposed surface. Widths: 3 inches (76.20 mm) to 4.5 inches (114.30 mm). Lengths:  72 inch (182.88 cm) minimum. Minimum Size Cuttings: Minimum of 3 inches (76.20 mm) by 24 inches (60.96 cm). No limit to the number of cuttings allowed. Grade Notes: This grade admits all boards of 24 inches (60.96 cm) and over, surface measure yielding not less than 66.66 percent clear two face (C2F) cuttings. SIDE BEND is limited to 1 inch (25.40 mm) inches. PIN KNOTS are not considered defect.
